When the vision has been communicated, and the mission statement has been established, and the strategies outlined, its time to execute.
Execute on what? Typically very few people see the vision as does the CEO, the mission statement is fluff that no one really understands, and strategies must be for the other guy because I have my own.
Where is the alignment internally and externally? What are the linkages between departments? How can be we be focused on strategy execution when we don't know how to measure it?
