Wayne is a business executive with over 35+ years experience having achieved senior level management successes in small and medium sized companies in a variety of industries.
He co-founded an information technology company and managed its growth from two people to twenty attaining annual revenues of $20 million. After 15 years, he managed a successful merger with a larger company.
The experiences he has gained throughout his career have provided him with the proven ability to determine strategic directions; and then bring together the resources, stakeholder relationships and systems to execute the strategies. Also, he developed the skills to balance short and long term initiatives to grow profitability. His most important talent is in building and managing integrated teams of all disciplines to achieve corporate objectives.
Now he is focusing on enabling small and medium size businesses to achieve results at the next level up through internal and external alignment of their organization.
Wayne has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
